have the same issue had 200 lives saved and 36hrs of boosters(purchased the sunday sale for 6 days of boosters) logged out for a couple of hrs. when logged back in all lives and boosters were gone.why do we continue to accept this crap from King? they are not the only game in town

I am not sure if emailing them would help, but I am extremely frustrated. And jump on today and I have 1 life from a friend which is definitely wrong. This is ridiculous!! This game is my destress and now its doing the opposite.

Hello @Kathy_Arrow_Hahn - this change has created a lot of discussion since the change was implemented last year. You can read more about it HERE. There have been some major changes in the game - even in the past 3 years, that have caused a lot of discussion and dissatisfaction amongst the players. I know the studio is always looking at ways to keep the game fresh and interesting to everyone and sometimes the changes they make are hard for the players to initially accept.

I do not know all the reasoning behind the change, but sometimes it's good to take a break and come back later. I actually try and get more moves (like watching an add or even using a few gold bars) so I can finish a level and not lose a life, but that is a personal preference.

I hope you ca still have fun playing Candy Crush, even if you have to wait until the next day to continue.
