You are not the only one. I have many "friends" and always started the day with 200 games but can only use 20 games a day. Now recently the total of 200 is way down. In fact it was just 6 this morning even though it was well over 100 last night. Why are they doing this? Don't they want us to play the game? When I have 0 games I'm moving on.

I noticed that when I get my five lives they seemed to be going real fast. So I decided to make a conscious effort to count to see if I was actually using 5 up before I ran out and I am not. So aggravating! I really feel like I should just stop playing.

Why I can play only 20 lives a day received from other player???

Why I can't turn the wheel to get more moves or bonuses? I don't have the wheel.
Why I can't use more than 20 lives received from other players per a day?
I don't get any comercial spots at all, for about a year. Why?

Why is it limited to just 20 lives? I have over 90 lives in storage and can't use them. I've seen others that have over 50 lives

Welcome to our community @Sakuraky! You don't have the daily wheel in your game at all? Where are you playing the game - computer or mobile device? Do you clear out the cache/history every day? If you are on mobile please make sure that your game has the most recent version and that your operating system is up-to-date. You can also log out and log back in to see if that works. If you are on mobile then log out, clear the history, shut down your mobile for a few minutes and then open the game and log back in to see if that works.
As far as the number of lives that you can get daily from your inbox, you can read more about it HERE. The number of lives that you can get in your inbox resets every night. Please feel free to express your thoughts on this.
With regards to the video ads for rewards, this is in a test phase which means that players are randomly chosen to test it. Every so often the test groups change so if you don't see it then you are no longer in the test group. There is a message posted in the Saga Support area that you can read HERE.

Yeah that's annoying. I constantly have 200. If I use 20 in a day then my friends will fill them back up in between. I guess it stops you having unlimited play.
