I also had issues with the episode race. It happened to me twice, where I was in first place, but I still had a few levels to complete to reach the end of the race and suddenly the next time I play, there is no race. It has just disappeared. The first time it disappeared completely but the 2nd time I still saw the icon for it so I tapped it and it tells me I have to win the first level of the next episode to start the race, but doesn’t tell me what happened to the race I should’ve already been in and I was winning as I had been in 1st place both times it happened

I just passed Level 3215 and again did get no gold Bars.This ist going on since I passed Level 3170 and now Iam really, really mad about it.
Willl you ever fix this Bug or do you really want your users to quit?
You keep on telling this bug was fixed but in facto it isn't.
I wont play anymore,until I can be sure you have made your things up, maybe you should go look for someone who is able to do proper programming. It's really unbelieveable what you are putting US through.

I did not receive my gold bars for the episode race for three games at the beginning of this week around March 1st. Then it started working again and now I just finished a race and I did not get the bars again,

If it's still not worked, you click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you but it taken very longer. 😉
