Level 1059 no second cherry

Question

I was playing level 1059 and the goal is to get both cherries done. One cherry came out and I got rid of it with over 30 turns left. I kept playing the level and the second cherry never came. I continue the level twice and even bought and launched a piñata and I still didn’t get it. I had a streak of over fourty wins in a row and other power ups in play, as well as in the middle of a champions race.  Can this please be looked into and my progress restored?

I just played the level again and both cherries dropped out on the first move and I passed it with 11 moves left.

Thank you for the info.  Is there anything that can be done about the 42 round win streak or the wasted gold on power ups to try to keep that streak going?   That’s the most frustrating part about it for me.

Hello @Cree8 and welcome to our friendly community. I also play on my iPhone (12Max).  I don’t think the model iPhone should matter as long as your iOS and the game app are up to date.

I just replayed that level and on the second move both cherries dropped on the board and I was able to easily get them out and still have 13 moves left.

I replayed the level again just in case it was a fluke but both cherries came on the board as soon as I created space under the dispenser and the second time I even got 2 CBs together (I started with one and the other just appeared).

1.247.0.2 this is the latest version of the app and was released two days ago.

You shouldn’t be having an issue with the second cherry.  I’m sorry it happened to you.  Make sure you clear your cache and turn your phone off for at least 30 seconds then open it again and then try it again. Hopefully it will work for you this time.
