I've used zero lives until this evening and went to add my first 5 lives, but it shows a count down of over 5 hours?
It's not a glitch. They have changed the counter so that it starts at 20/20 and when you use a life, it gets subtracted and the count goes down. Basically, reverse of what it was.

So, we have a new update regarding the lives issue you have been reporting. A couple of days ago they changed the lives by adding a timer, so you can see how long you have until you can use new lives. Additional to that we have changed the way the lives are counted down. Before it counted upwards from 0 to 20 and with the latest update it now counts downwards from 20 to 0. (check the image for reference).
Do you think this is clear enough or was it easier to understand before the new update?

The timer will only appear after the daily limit is reach, which is something you have already got use too.
The timer is only a visual representation that will allow you to know how much time you have to wait to be able to accept lives again.
During the implementation of this feature there was an issue that prevented the normal claiming of lives. The studio already fixed the issue and you should be able to claim lives normally.
Today at 3 pm. Still no life. Now there is no timer but it says 20/20
When was the last time you logged in to the game? The issue with not being able to use lives got fixed today around 11:00 CET!
Have you checked the game after that and are you still not able to use lives?

So after filing a question and this could be coincidental, the clock is now gone, the 20 lives are back but the count down is in the reverse...at least the 20 lives are back that's something....should go back to the unlimited..makes much more sense to have 200 lives stored to be able to access them. If you're going to limit to 20 lives, then make that the storage limit! What's the point of 200 lives if you can't access them!
The problem is that we can't seem to accept any after the initial 5 that we start with.
Same with me. When I went to bed, the timer showed three hours, but when I first logged on this morning, it showed 18 hrs. How could I have used my 20 lives while I was sleeping???
EDIT: I refreshed my game and the timer is gone, but now it says I used 20 of my lives when I didn't even play.
Logged in again this morning, and there's a new timer showing 18 hours until I can use more lives. I haven't met the 20 limit or used any at all because it won't allow me to. This is not fixed.
This is really crazy! what's the point of having friends and 200 lives if you can't access them? My timer is back to 15 hrs. That means I can't access them until the middle of the night when I'm asleep! I don't play in that time frame. I didn't access any yesterday for that reason. So it's 5 lives a day? That's it? Time to find another game to play!

I had an email saying it had been sorted. I went to my box and thought it was saying I had used 20 lives but it is saying I have 20 to use I clicked and got lives Yippee!
yesterday it said I had to wait 9 hours till I could use lives gifted to me but I never used any all day. First thing this morning I check and it says I have to wait 23 hours but again, I haven't even began playing yet
I totally agree. It is not fair
Now it's showing that 17 hours before accepting new lives. Haven't even started playing yet. (03/14/23)

I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?
