Lost Position
I was on level 2563 (ish) after much of a struggle to get there; I also had loads of iives donated by others. My email is Edited by CM:⛔️ That’s too much personal information - Check our House Rules. and I logged into this form as mnopq to ask a question. When I logged into the game again it started from scratch, so I logged into Facebook as Bpas to get the backup. It came back as level 2037 only with no donated lives. I am on a PC.
Where has my original account gone?

So just to be sure, you manage to get your progress back but you lost all your saved extra lives during this process?
If yes, I'm afraid lives do not get backed up as your game progress and Gold Bars do and there is no way to get them back for you. The only way to get lives is by requesting it, wait for it to recharge and or purchase lives.
