Hello @quokka98373 - I am very sorry to hear that players have lost their saved gold bars and boosters. However, we have always stated let players know that the studio servers only have room to store your progress and your purchases (whether gold bars and/or boosters). Any free boosters/gold bars that you win and save and also lives that you are given, are stored locally on your device. That is why we always say deinstalling the game should be a last resort because you will lose these saved items, and it is also why we recommend using them instead of saving large caches of them.
Also when you change from an old device to a new one, those items on your old device are usually lost. I personally have been able to transfer them to a new device by saving all the info on my old device to the cloud and then reinstalling the new device from the cloud (but I play on an iPhone).
However in this case, if the items were lost due to a studio directed reinstall, it sounds like (from the comment by the CM, @Novapichu ) that the studio may be trying to help restore the lost items.
