Notified I won but nothing was awarded

Just this past hour the game notified me I had won one of the special events of collecting gold crowns (or stars I don’t remember exactly because I was so excited) and when I claimed the prize it was 15 gold bars!!!! But the count in my gold bank didn’t go up? I know there is a form or email for administrators to look up my user ID but I can’t find it. Can someone help?

    I have had the game glitch out or lose my timed prizes too



    Maybe it is your connection...that also happens but usually it catches up when connection is good again

    No, I closed the game and opened it again and it synced. I have since won the episode race and those bars were awarded appropriately. I know I’m the past there was a form or place to contact with my user ID.
