Sounds like you may have the long standing connection issue, would try the steps above from @kiara_wael To see if this helps but if not you may find that you may have to uninstall and reinstall the app, but if this is a mobile device you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES

I'm sorry you have this problem, I hope that after following the steps indicated you have been able to solve it. Please do not uninstall the application, you will lose all accumulated boosters. There are other solutions, sometimes it is as simple as disconnecting the data from your device and reconnecting it after a few minutes.
