🎬️ Video ads disappearing or not available

When will the ads be available for everyone? My husband and I play. Sure I've been playing longer and never had the option. Grrrr

Been playing for years, never made a purchase in game until last week, wanted to try and qualify for next round of the competition. Since I have made a purchase the game has become unplayable, no ads whatsoever also, ads do help us all to progress, I have passed 5 or 6 levels since I made a purchase. Seems to me of you make a purchase the game changes to ads and levels become totally unbearable. Always enjoyed playing, but unless it changes I will delete the game. I will not be bullied into making more purchase In order to complete levels.

I've been playing candy crush for years and always had the ability to watch ads for extra boosters and life. Right up until I made my first purchase a few weeks back. After making such purchase I've lost the in game ads. So frustrating when only one or two moves remains to clear a level. I really want the ability back and I'm frustrated with myself that I ever made a purchase in the game 😞

I used to have options for watching ads to gain some benefits but now ad options is not there anymore. So is it just me or does everyone not have this option.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Same here Pyrkhat. I used to have Air Delivery, Sweet Cinema and adverts at the start and end of a level.
Since All Stars has started I have had no adverts at all. My Sweet Cinema is still in my Events, but it hasn't opened once during the All Stars
I haven't bought anything so I know it isn't that. All I can hope for is that my adverts come back now that the All Stars has finished.
Alternatively Doondie is right and if you had adverts in your game but have made a purchase of any kind then your adverts will have been removed from your game.
