Then that would mean the pink level circle shown in your screenshot is incorrect. The pink circle indicates that a level does not have to be completed first time to count as the objective.
This is what has everyone thinking there is a bug. Game indicates pass any level, but you are only credited when you complete a new level.

@QueenB Your post says "Pass new levels, fill the bar and claim your 25 Gold Bars" . The issue is the word "new".
I love this feature if you can earn the gold by replaying old levels. This is how it plays in my game (level400 at present) It would help those players out of gold to get back on a winning streak.
But if you really do mean "new" levels, then this feature is pointless. Anyone who can pass 25 new levels this quickly can win the episode race, and that pays the same amount of gold. Someone who is struggling would never be able to win.

Hi Carol😊 I had 2 versions in my accounts. The one with 25 levels I could replay the one with 20 & 30 only new levels counted.
I completed both but never received any gold bars for either one.😡 Waste of time for me.

Why wasn't this feature 'announced' before people started complaining about it @QueenB?
Why announce you can win 25 Gold Bars when people are already complaining about a 30 Gold Bar version of the feature?
Why does the 30 Gold Bar version indicate that you can pass old levels (pink circle) but requires you to pass new levels?

I have completed both the 25 and 20 in my accounts and never received the GB for doing it. I stopped at 20 when I didn't get paid for what I did.
Someone said it takes about 30 mins to get them but I completed them yesterday April 24 and it's now the 25th so I've waited but still no gold.
I don't receive GB for episode race anymore, support said that could be from changing the date but they don't know for sure so I'm out of luck with that. I don't have Candy Royale in same account and was excited to see this.
Haven't read entire thread but have there been other complaints about not being paid?

All good questions!
We missed the information about the feature and recently got informed about the new one with 25 GB, so that's our bad for not posting about it sooner 😕
We'll update the discussion with the additional information that there are two versions of the feature 👍
As for the 30 Gold Bar version that only credits when you pass new levels, we've asked for clarification and will leave an update here as soon as we know more 😉

If to get 30 gold bars by playing 30 lower levels is what it is going to be I would vote 'Sweet event - I enjoy playing it'. If it ends up that it's to pass 30 new levels, there needs to be another vote heading. Something like 'Are you joking - with the impossible levels we get'.
Let's hope @QueenB the answer you get back is that there is a bug which is being sorted. If the answer is that it's 30 new levels to be passed in 24 hours, please poke your finger in the ear of whoever made the decision.
