What do you mean it's not your game? What was different - profile picture, levels, gold bars, friends?
Do you have "before" and "after" screenshots?
Was your game linked to your Facebook account?
Were you always playing while connected to the Internet?

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.

Login and my profile picnwas a green dude,turtle or something,inhad nothing no bars,5 lives & at level 2...instead of level 12600 & something
Yes I think I was originally syncd to fb,thanks for that! I should be Sussed & crushing in a minute x @Doondie1
This means you were not logged in at all, it was a new account or an old unplayed account.
If your game is linked to your Facebook account, you can check your progress using the browser version.
