How do I retrieve original ccs please?

I changed my password after having to reinstall ccs,used email Edited by CM:⛔️ That’s too much personal information - Check our House Rules.

& logged into a ccs that is not my ccs!! Tried Edited by CM:⛔️ That’s too much personal information - Check our House Rules.

What do you mean it's not your game? What was different - profile picture, levels, gold bars, friends?

Do you have "before" and "after" screenshots?

Was your game linked to your Facebook account?

Were you always playing while connected to the Internet?

This means you were not logged in at all, it was a new account or an old unplayed account.

If your game is linked to your Facebook account, you can check your progress using the browser version.

Login and my profile picnwas a green dude,turtle or something,inhad nothing no bars,5 lives & at level 2...instead of level 12600 & something

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!

It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.

In app purchases
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
