The fault lies in the cut and paste nature of the responses given by the Moderation team and the lack of care and attention to the information provided Jose.
The Help Centre has had an overhaul recently so any old links no longer work. If people checked what they pasted as an answer this wouldn't be an issue.
For instance the article 'what to do if you find yourself at level 1' has been removed and replaced with a more generic response.
Best thing you could do is check the Help Centre when looking for a particular response.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
