I think there is a Glitch on this level. It doesn’t even let me make a turn
I've just noticed they have removed the candy swirls from level 13136 since yesterday. Maybe they have fixed it?
I have only been playing the game since Feb 2021 @christinewupp and in all that time all I have ever known is problems.
From reading posts on this forum I get the impression that the game did not used to be this bad. Reading between the lines I would guess that maybe moving from flash to HTML might be part of the issue. Also the fact that the level designers only use a level editor to create the levels rather than coding them is partly to blame.
Additionally the people that design the levels and the people that design the features/events are different teams and it appears to me that they don't talk to each other. Hence you get issues like level 13,136 where rewards from a feature forces a level to Oops.
Consider this though, Level 6680 has had the same issue on and off since April 2020.
What IS going on with all these glitches at the moment??? You have been around longer than me, have you ever seen a time when the game has been this glitchy?

Regardless of which level you are at @zena1974 turn off your boosters if you can and see if that helps. If you have timed boosters that are active unfortunately you will have to wait until they run out before playing the level.
I guess you are talking of level 13136. There is a glitch and King know about it. They are taking a long time fixing it though. You will just have to stop playing in the meantime.
