Extra lives and booster
Why I am not getting extra lives and boosters. Earlier I used to get but now stopped. My friends who were behind me in levels has surpassed me because they are getting it still and I’m the one who encouraged them to play this game. It’s not fair with me. Pls start it again for me

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Do you mean you used to have advert features that gave you extra lives and boosters?
If you have recently purchased anything for your game then this would explain why you have lost your adverts.
If you haven't purchased anything then the likely reason is that they have been removed from your game by King. Every feature of Candy Crush is considered temporary and they can come and go from your game without notice. What this means is that having a feature doesn't mean you will keep it forever and not having a feature doesn't mean you will never get it.

I do understand but why only I’m not getting lives and boosters while my other friends playing along with me are getting these every day constantly. So my question why different rules for different players at the the same place and city and all of us play on i-phone. Pls look into it
