They have had issues with some of the cherry levels in the past but supposedly they have been fixed. I’m not saying there wasn’t a glitch, but it appears it has been fixed now. But I certainly understand your frustration, especially since you used gold bars for more moves (I have certainly done my share of that in the past).
Anyway, please let us know if you run into any other issues in the future. 😊
I just lost my win streak that I had manage to keep for 1 and half episodes trying to complete this round. I saved all dragons but one. No matter how many times I cleared the board with bonus gems and used up all my gold bars and watched the 3 ads to continue, the last dragon did not get dropped into the game. It's sucks to lose the streak no doubt but I didn't not get a chance! There must have been something wrong with the 982 game!! Has anyone else experienced this??

Hello rx_tupz sorry to hear you have lost your Win Streak through no fault of your own, but unfortunately what you describe has been experienced by a lot of people.
At the moment King do not seem to be taking any interest in this issue and all you can do is replay the level and start to rebuild your Win Streak.
Here is one example of your issue being complained about by another player.
Hello @rx_tupz - I am very sorry to hear that. I have personally experienced that same situation in the past and lost a very long win streak. The last item never appeared and I spent a lot of boosters and extra moves until I finally gave up.
However when I replayed it, all items showed up within normal gameplay so I knew it wasn’t a specific issue with a level but instead a random glitch.
I’m afraid in a situation like that there is nothing the studio can do (as opposed to an issue with a specific level that many players experience).
Just make sure you periodically clear your cache and shut your device off for at least 10-15 seconds to ‘refresh’ your device and of course make sure you always update your app.

@bearwithme @QueenB this problem isn't a random glitch this problem is caused by poor level coding. This issue affects many levels and has been going on since 2015. The studio could easily remedy this problem if they cared to look at it.
Here are examples from just this year. The issue is far too common for it to be considered a glitch. If you read some of the comments you will notice that some levels get mentioned time and time again and some of the threads have multiple comments from people saying that they have the same issue. In accordance with what you said this should be enough for the studio to check those levels.
We understand that you had an issue with the last dragon not showing up at your level, but don’t worry, as we'll be happy to shed some light on the current situation.
I want to start by saying that our team is already aware of this situation and is working on the problem as we speak. They will do everything they can to solve it as soon as possible, so thank you for taking the time to reach out to us about this.

@QueenB I know they are working on the problem so a cut and paste reply isn't needed. I had screenshots of the problem on level I'm playing right now.
I used a UFO and Party Popper to keep my streak because the last information I saw was the Dragons fixed the "cherries not dropping" issue.
