โ Last Cherry/Dragon egg not dropping - Studio working on a fix!

We understand that you had an issue with the last dragon/cherry not showing up at your level making it impossible to finish the level on your first try. Donโt worry, as we'll be happy to shed some light on the current situation.
I want to start by saying that our team is already aware of this situation and is working on the problem as we speak. They will do everything they can to solve it as soon as possible, so thank you for taking the time to reach out to us about this.
Your feedback is very important to us and will be of great help as we work to solve the problem. If any more information is needed, weโll reach out again.
In the meantime, make sure you keep the game app up to date so you don't miss out on any future changes and also, giving the level another try should be successful.

Hello @Batiste668 and @mckaven231 - welcome to our wonderful King community! I am sorry to hear that happened to you both. I just replayed the level and used several UFOs to open the board so I had some moves left before the last cherry should appear.
I play on an iPhone 12 Pro and had removed all Neely and 7 of the cherries with 5 moves left. The last cherry appeared when I had 2 moves left and I was able to get it out and clear the level in time.
So it appears to be working. Make sure you always update your game because when the studio does put in patches, you want to make sure you have them.
Also the best tip I have is try to clear the top row (or any of the horizontal rows) as much as you can because you have at best a one in three chance of getting the cherry to come out, so the more often you get new candies to drop from the dispensers at the top, the better your chances will be that one will be a cherry.

Thank you for the reply. My game was updated. Also, isnโt it possible that there was a glitch in the level when we played it? Batiste668 had this happen just a couple of weeks ago. I also donโt have several UFOs to use on the level, which is why I needed to spend money to get more moves. It is just frustrating. Iโm not going to spend any more money on this game.
