⭕ Why can't I play in landscape mode anymore? Game too small!

I have tried leaning it on something but the top row is just too high to swipe. It's very tiring on my arms, just uncomfortable. I can only play Candy Crush with it resting on my lap, so that is much less now than I used to play.
The keyboard is absolutely fantastic because I touch type, it is so quick to write anything. I do not own a laptop or table top computer, so turning my iPad into a mini-laptop is what I do! I love it and use it all the time.

Or, put an option in the game’s settings to play in whichever mode you prefer.

I deleted CC because of this. Why wouldn’t they listen esp to all the iPad users? Switched to Royal Match. Similar game AND you can play in landscape! Better visuals, very similar attributes and more fun to play something different with a new developer.

I don't get why you are forcing all players to change from landscape to portrait mode. Portrait mode is horrible and does not work well with tablet cases. You are making this game no longer enjoyable and as such I will no longer be crushing your candies, your candies can rot for all I care. Please listen to the players and not your evil developers who want nothing more than to ruin things for others.

Probably the biggest online game getting millions from advertising and they cannot have something so simple as portrait or landscape choice. They seem determined to lose players and it is working because I hate playing in portrait so won't play the game anymore.

I agree with you and completely understand your frustration🙁 But, looks like the Candy Studio has decided to run this test on all devices - mobile and windows 10! We, as players, do not have a way to escape this 🤷♀️🤷♀️
Our Candy Community In-charge is collecting all our feedback and sharing with the Studio!! We can only hope that it will be changed back to Landscape mode!

Check out all the the other posts in Discussions and in Support. Everyone is complaining about this and it certainly is a Candy Crush issue. It is deliberate however. They want us to get on and accept it or quit playing.

I’ve been playing for 5 years but can’t continue unless I can play in landscape mode. What is the point of this experiment?

I have been playing for 10 years and really can’t play in portrait mode at all. I have not played since they changed it . I don’t play other games because of this . Please change it back. Candy crush should give people the choice . In this day and age some computer whiz must know how to do it , they certainly knew how to upset the players 😡

Absolute disaster. Whatever you are planning as a new feature, it is NOT WORTH IT !!!!! How many customers are you going to lose and think of all the money lost !!! PLEASE PUT BACK LANDSCAPE OR MAKE IT AN OPTION. Like Soda and Jelly LEARN- if it's not broken DON'T FIX IT !!!!!😡
