My game glitched on Level 14104. As seen in picture 2603, when the snake crossed the board it didn't open the squares to allow the gummy dragons to drop like it was supposed to. I thought this was the case, so I played the level again to confirm, and, as seen in picture 2604, I was right. I had a streak going that I didn't want to lose, and I initially thought this might be how the level was, so I had to use a lot of switches and lollipop hammers plus 41 gold bars (16 the first time to continue and 25 to continue again) to finish the game in one turn. I feel that I should get these boosters and gold bars back since this was an error in the game.
Also, I wanted to Link my game and community login, but I am not able to check the box when I try and update my profile.
I have the same glitch!! I was going to beat the game in one try to keep my streak and the baby dragons got stuck on the shelf because the snake didnโt clear it. Super frustrating! I have been playing and playing the game thinking Iโm crazy but then I watched a few videos where others get the shelf cleared and I thought wow my game is different!! I am on iPhone 13 with latest iOS 16.5.1
Beedog, I have the latest iOS however I went to my apps to see if candy crush needed updating and it did. So I updated the game and tried the level again and it fixed the glitch. I beat it in one try. Ugh. Super frustrating as I was going to be first to reach the end and grab gold bars but because I got stuck I came in last place.
It is frustrating! My game just glitched the one time. I played the level again and it worked the second time I played it. However, at that point it was too late because I had already had to use a lot of gold bars and boosters to pass when it did glitch. I wish King (Candy Crush) would acknowledge this and make it right when this happens to players. They don't even have a way to contact them directly to tell them. All you get is automated email responses and told to say something in the community. I play regularly, but I have been so frustrated by a couple of issues lately, that I actually don't even play as much as I used to.

Exactly the same thing happened to me last week too! I took a screenshot as I was going to contact Support but forgot about it until I read your post here.
I played the level a few times and it seemed completely random that sometimes the snake created the path and other times it didn't.
It definitely needs looking at @kiara_wael so it'd be great if you could let the Studio know.
I'm playing on a Samsung Galaxy Tablet (fully updated app!) so it looks like it's an issue across multiple devices. In my case, I've long since given up having any sort of Win Streak (!) but it's still frustrating when levels don't work properly so hopefully they'll fix it for upcoming players.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a glitch in level 14104 ๐
Is the issue only one - the Candy Cobra not becoming active? Or are there other issues? How about the Dragon Egg? Did all the Dragon Eggs drop down by the last move?
Can you please tell me the device you are using and the version you have right now?
Once I have all these details, I will give them to our Candy game Community In-charge, who will report to the game Studio.
