Ps the video works in other places it is just the magic hat videos not launching
I have the same problem started 2 August, I have tried restarting my device and updates.
I have the same problem with the "Magic hat". The problem started recently. The the Button is not responding.

You should be able to watch a video so if it's not responding something might be wrong. Can you please restart your device and make sure you have the latest game app version installed?

I play on phone with Android
Yesterday when the magic hat appears, I can press it and then choose which joker I want, but when I press the video button, nothing happens.
Is it normal or is my phone malfunctioning?

Sorry you will need to use English to get an answer here, but also it does not sound like Candy Crush to me from what I understand in French. What is the magic hat and joker? I don't know this feature.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
