Hello and welcome, in the game, you are able to sign up to a Kingdom account. You can also use a Facebook account. You will need to ask Player Support to restore your levels.
We have a system to restore your game progress, but you need to create a Facebook or Kingdom account so that we can manually set your lost game progress on that account. Once the account is created, install the game and connect the game to the new account.
