It has happened to countless players. There is a thread just at the top of this Support page, you can check out.
I am really sorry to hear you wasted so much gold on this. Really.... 200?? A 900 + winning streak is a great achievement, and well done for getting that far, but it's not necessary in this game. You'll get back on your win streak 5 with all the boosters it gives you quite quickly, I am sure. There is unfortunately no way to get your win streak back. In fact, there is a theory that perhaps King are ignoring the problem they know about deliberately because it will stop a win streak, and make players part with their gold.
Levels start to get harder soon. Look after your gold. You will need it later on. Good luck with your game.

I’m on level 4683 the last dinosaur appeared to be stuck in an area and refused to come down no matter what combo I made, causing me to lose my streak and waste funds on gold bars. What can be done about this?

We know how frustrating this game-breaking bug can be. Enjoy this fan art work of a broken gummi dragon cannon that stopped working catastrophically shortly after the penultimate gummi dragon enters play. Witness the tears of the poor gummi dragon trapped inside and hear their incessant crying that ensues when you inevitably run out of moves and fail the level through no fault of your own...

This s**t happened to men for like 3 or 4 times. I want some kind ot compensation, I lost gold , lots of gold, streak etc...

Hi there. It's tough and I understand you are angry, especially if you lose your win streak because of this glitch. But surely, if it happens to you more than once you'd know next time to never spend gold on extra moves if you can't see the last dragon on the screen.

This bitterly ridiculous and inconvenient thing happened to me at level 1741, I made a post here about it but I did it in the discussion forum because I didn't know how to use the community yet, here's the link:
From this I'm leaving the link with my screen recording showing the problem, I would also like to have my gold bars back since I didn't do anything wrong!

The same thing just happened to me on level 1220…. After using 26 gold bars and loosing my run of wins and the benefits for each game. Not happy.

I was down to 1 dragon left with 12 moves remaining. Dragon never dropped. Used 3 adds plus bought extra moves with Gold bars up to the 39 bars quantity. Didn't want to loose my streak but the dragon didn't drop. Very frustrating and a waste of hard earned bars and a 500+ win streak

If you're suffering so terribly from this bug, relieve your stress by watching this dreamy, EXTREMELY CUTE YouTube video that I found where candy cannons fully (or perhaps too fully) work as intended by unstoppably and violently spewing out a massive explosion of cute baby gummi dragon hatchlings without this stupid bug ever getting in the way.

Hi, I am stucked in level 8451 as the order is 5 dragon eggs but it only dropped two. No matter how many times I played, it never changed. Can someone please fix the bug?
