True.. I made purchased in 2020 till from now. I dnt get video adds benifits

I agree the levels are getting harder & harder & if I am only on the 3000 level, all the games are the same things locked in cages or in frosting thy are so boring if you have no boosters you have no chance. Where has the frog gone that was some help or the games with the cherries they are on some weekly spin or something I can not remember where?

It's been weeks now since I got my last options to watch videos and get some rewards in return. I thought that there had been a change and those options have gone but my sister still gets them. Is there a way that they're back, please? In some cases those extra moves or extra boosters (like the ovni) were crucial to pass the level, and now I'm stuck.

Currently the King has released a large number of new events & offers, and has shared it through a few groups. Not all events/ offers are for everyone or not always available for everyone. This is a random system so there is no guarantee that you will always get this feature.
Anyway keep playing the game you will get the feature back in near future.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Last week i can't connect my game with internet , no ad's or no boosters .I tired a lot still the network connection error is shown . my other app have no issues ,if i uninstall i may lost my levels and powers .

Actually, in the Candy Crush Saga game, the advertising feature is also controlled by the test group and the test features are not always or available to everyone.
You may have had the feature but you may not currently have it, it's not your game's problem as the feature may take a break for some time.😀
This may be a temporary frustration for you and it is not possible to add features manually.
However don't despair, keep playing the game, you will get the feature back in near future.
