One key factor that can help players make a better decision whether or not to continue a level after a failure condition is met (e.g. run out of moves or allow a Candy Bomb to detonate) is how many levels away is the player from a difficult level. This piece of information can be helpful because if a player with a max reward win streak on the line when they are asked to continue on a failed level knows up front how close they are to a hard, nightmarish or legendary level will give them more of a reason to do everything they can to save that win streak because the max reward of a win streak can be absolutely pivotal in beating difficult levels. Conversely, knowing that a hard level is still 6 or more levels away can allow them to seriously consider sparing their gold bars, surrendering and allowing the win streak to break.
