⭕ Why can't I play in landscape mode anymore? Game too small!

Portrait mode suddenly started for me! It is terrible on my laptop screen. Please revert it!

so frustrating trying to play , i thought it was my pc , but cant find any problem my end, also i have lost all my saved life's , spent hours playing this game , and spent some money along the line, your latest mods to this game are not to good either, why try and mend something when its not broken ?

Recently a changed was made in the game to only let players play in Portrait mode (this is how the game would look like when playing on a phone). This change is also effective on Windows. Currently there’s no plans on changing this back, but please leave your feedback on the change in this discussion.

Please change it back. The game is now almost unplayable on my laptop as I really need to see the board at full size. Have you taken the needs of people with less than perfect vision into account?

I've been playing Candy Crush for what seems like years, and really enjoyed it.
However, this morning I found the playing window had been reduced to a little portrait section in the middle of my PC screen. Everything looks so small and distant.
Reading up on it, the idea behind the change is that it's intended to look the same now whatever platform you're using. But that's missing the point. A little portrait display on a large landscape monitor just looks wrong. It's a waste of display space, and the result is much less engaging gameplay.
This loss of choice doesn't work for the player.

I HATE IT! I can't see it as well and it takes away from enjoying the game because I'm uncomfortable sitting closer to the screen instead of relaxing. Please put mine back

This change is awful, the screen on my PC is so small and blurry. Please go back to the old PC format, please, please, please!!!

My game has been working fine on my laptop...until yesterday. Now the game is only one third of my screen right in the middle. I'm a senior citizen, and it's just too small!!!
