How can I exit from full screen mode in candy crush saga

If your game screen is looking like this, it is not possible to change it to full screen.
This small screen is not a glitch, but a change brought in by the Candy game Studio. They have been changing how the game looks for all players and on all devices. So, even if you are laptop, the game will look as if you are playing on a mobile phone!!

i cant get full screen on my laptop, tried everything
@SighK all you can do is swipe down from the top of the screen to make your navigation buttons temporarily reappear.
@FluffyDinosaur here are more examples of the enforced full screen issue.
I too cannot get out of full screen mode. I've reviewed all my phone settings: it is Candy Crush, not any settings I have control over. Continues to increase my growing frustration and displeasure in the recent changes to the game..
Exactly. It's not my phone setting, it's a King update that's very frustrating!!
Tk u. It does not work as king fixed the system so that you cannot change.. It only happens after I updated the CCS apps 2 nights ago.

Why I am getting ads to get prizes?
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
