Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

It is not your game! But, many players are experiencing this glitch when they want to watch the Ads at the end of the level to earn some extra moves!

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
There has been an issue with the Ads feature few days ago!! Can you check if your App Store / Google Play Store has any updates and if there is, please install it and see if the issue gets resolved.
A question! When you click on "watch the video" - does the screen just go black or you can see a blink of the Ad and then the screen goes blank? Also, which device are you using?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
