Hi every time I try to get extra moves a black screen appears have to delete and start again very annoying.

It's a bit of a puzzle that's taking us a tad longer to crack than we hoped, but we're determined to find the perfect fit.

Lots of reports about this issue. They might get it fixed on Monday. It's clearly a glitch at their end, which you can't do anything about. Just be patient and don't use the ads feature for now.
I play to where I can get extra help and then screen goes black and only way out is to go all the way out and start over. Has cost me many of my help items and gold bars to get to that point. Iām about to quit playing because itās so fristrating

Why is my screen going black when I want to get extra moves on candy crush
Tried the fix. Still not working. I can watch booster ads on the main screen when the purple button floats by, but within the game ads are still black and end up ruining my game.
I am using an iPhone and have updated the app to the latest Apple version, logged out logged back in, restarted my phone and the issue still remains. Please help

Why isnāt play on working in Candy Crush the option goes to a black screen. I have to close the app to be able to get passed it to play.

Thank you IT team. This morning at 8am, I noticed the blank 'Keep Playing, watch ad' glitch has been rectified. Good job.
I will never pass this level as the more moves adds are black, and do not play. I had to burn through a bunch of gold bars to pass the games before this to move on and donāt have enough to buy moves anymore. I hope you are refunding the sponsors money because they are not getting their moneyās worth.
Since yesterday it is not possible to se the video to get rewards

Videos within the game, like for extra turns within a round, are not playing. The screen turns black and I have to leave the game and reenter losing the progress.
On level 785 and the watch AD feature to earn extra candies while in game play turns black. The only way to get out of the screen is to close the game. Playing from iOS 16.6
Mine is going black and Iām on my iPhone. I deleted and reinstalled the app. I lost all my gifted lives and saved boosters. š” it was fixed for 2 days and is now going black again. š¤·š»āāļøitās ads when I have a chance for extra lives and saucer. Ads still work for the cinema game.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncingā¦
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
