I was hoping when I got off work today and logged on that maybe CC fixed some issues people were having. Or at least hoping to see some ads back. If anything now I’m getting more pop up’s asking me to pay for boosters. I love this game and I hope to soon see helpful boosters, ads before the start of a game and the hot air balloon. I see some people have the treasure chest game to help. I don’t even have that. Is anyone else still having the same issues as me? In the upper levels and just stuck, can’t win, can’t win any races, nothing. No help? Supported the game by buying something and lost all your ads after that?

Anyway, the reply from Ms. CM woman (although seeming friendly/empathetic/nice/sympathetic/etc.) is hogwash; but (naturally) anyone in that position (including any other CMs/GMs/or even King sycophants) would probably make similar replies on the subject.
However, here's the real deal (what they don't want you to know):
Once you buy, those ads go bye-bye (you've seen & posted there already); that thread got dug up by some other recent victims (almost 15 months later), but it's still relevant.
For unsuspecting folks, it's a lesson learned the hard way; but at least now you know.
If you're willing to start from ground zero (new account on a new or formatted device), perhaps that fresh account could get the ads (no 100% guarantees on that); but remember to not buy anything.

I love Bob Seger. Thanks for that. I used to buy stuff on and off because I’m all about supporting developers and games but I can guarantee it won’t happen again. You would think they would listen to their players, especially the ones who are in the upper levels. I really don’t want to start all over and all I have is my phone to play off of. I’m just going to play my daily lives and go find something else to do. It’s not going to make or break my life, I just really enjoyed playing when I got off work because I take care of my mother on my own. Thank you again for the tracks!

I love Bob Seger. Thanks for that. I had no problem supporting developers and the game itself but they won’t see another penny out of me. More than a few people are having the same issue. You would think they would listen and try to at least bring some features back. I really don’t want to start the game over and all I have is my phone. It’s not going to make or break me but I enjoyed playing after work because I take care of my mother on my own so it was something to keep me occupied. Thank you again for the tracks.

Gotta luv that word-filtering system round these parts, & (believe it or not) the word royalty was one that triggered it.
It's a pity when these PSA (words of warning) kinds of posts (beneficial to players) get quickly buried up in here (non-sticky).

Those issues (& more) happen quite a bit, but the best info about the game can be found outside of this website; since the PM function was stupidly removed for normal players (seems like you registered before then), the main reason that der Spieler has turned (back) into der Lurker (but it's always cool to pop in every now & then for some banter).
