It's annoying

If you are using an Android device, we have the option to click on the < arrow to go back to our game screen. I don't have to watch those Ads by doing this too! If we are on Apple device, it is not possible and we must close the App🤔
I rarely click on the ad tab. On the odd occasion I do, if it's temu (notice no capital) I close the game in that first second and restart the game. Refuse to acknowledge this cheap Chinese company with their cheap knock off crap.

Have you by any chance tried restarting your device? This has happened to me personally and restarting the device helped solve the issue, at least for me.

If you mean, the ad doesn't play properly (doesn't start) , so you can never get to the end, when it happens I just 'hide' it using the right pointing arrow on top right of video. Marking it as irrelevant means it closes but you still get the booster (etc) whereas closing the game loses the life (or if trying to get the extra moves at the end of a game, loses the very progress you are trying to finish)
The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
