Candy crush saga

I was playing the game and it said pass this one and win a milestone surprise. Well I did pass the game but I didn't get the milestone surprise. What happened! So frustrating.

Were you asking about the prize in the game OR the contest with the lowest score? Can you please clarify?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
