Unmerged my account with my brother account
How can I unmerged my account with my brother account, since both of us never connect to facebook. our email accidentally merged , so my brother cannot use his account anymore, can you help me to unmerged our email so my brother can play with his own account?

Hi and welcome to the king community.
Please can you tell us little more details as merging of accounts happen when one user is facebook user and another is with king account. So in this case facebook account overlaps with king account. Merged accounts can not be unmerged. Facebook account can work properly but the user with king account has to create another account and his progress can be recovered manually through our player support.
However as in your case both are king account so may be they can be unmerged. Please contact our player support here.
but their reply may take little time as the holiday season is on so have little patience with them.

Two king accounts cannot be merged, We need you to tell us the ID of your account and that of your brother.

@Freddy_Falkner both of us use two different smartphone devices.
when he is signing in into the game using his email, my name and my ID is appearing on his screen with all my progress, but the email appears is his email.
my ID is : 1793871065

@Fon898 Hi, i have never heard of this happening on two different devices, unless you signed in to your brothers device. What is you brothers ID.
I would ask you brother to log out of the game and clear the cache from the app store. Restart the device and then get him to log in with his details and see if this rectifies the situation

It is so weird, right ? 😣
But it's really happened to us.
I don't know what was my brother ID before merged.
He already log out from the game and clear all the cache from play store, but our account still merged.

Hi @Fon898 Welcome to the King Community.
I read your statement but the two kingdom accounts do not merge with each other. However, you can ask your brother, to login after uninstalling then reinstalling his game app.
I hope this process will solves both problems.( for uninstalling the game app, the stored booster will be completely lost)
