Being stuck in continuous loop on level 10119

I’ve been stuck on this level for days now. When I finally achieved what should have been a succeeded attempt, it’s stuck on a continuous loop. This seems like a game glitch and should be addressed. I’ve had it happen in the past on other levels as well. If you can’t avoid candies continually dropping and/or any other glitches to complete a level, you probably should discontinue the design for that level. In my particular case right now, I have striped candies that keep getting popped by fish. It’s above the booster for the fish, so it keeps adding the striped candies, then popping them. This has been ongoing for ten minutes and I’m super frustrated knowing I should have won the level, but the game cheated me out of my win.

Thank you for replying, Kiara. I’m trying to avoid force closing the game in case the loop stops. However it’s been 20 minutes and still is on the loop. I really don’t want to try this level again, as I should have won this time.

Send your video to Player Support best within the app in settings . You would have to tap on the ? then any question until you get the "contact us" option and then wait for the automated email. Reply to this with your video and complaint. Hopefully they will give you a party booster or gold as a recompense for this glitch. They ought to. But otherwise I cannot see any means of forcing an end to a loop other than exiting the game.

This level is still broken, I too beat it but it was on a continuous loop. shut it done and now I can't play at all. I know I am saving a ton of money.
