Please update the level so it can be passed - there are not enough blockers available on the board as required to release the fish
It is the starting board that is of concern. Some players still get it like this:
The issue is that the orange cages unlock after 10 other jelly jars were broken, but there are only 9 on the board. Someone in the team could not count to 10! My level has since been changed to 8 instead of 10 required to unlock the orange cages, but this is what I got this afternoon. How did your starting board look @kiara_wael ?

Which device are you play? Level 14835 look like this in my game
There are two ways to pass this level:
Firstly if you contact King customer services within the app by going into settings and then the ? type anything until you scroll down to see "contact us" . Then type your question mentioning level 14835. I did so and immediately after reloading Candy Crush I had received a different version of this level which can be passed, where only 8 jelly jars are required to unlock those at the sides. I also got a free gift of boosters and two hours indefinite lives for my complaint. I didn't even have to send in a screenshot. They obviously know about this level and hopefully will update it soon.
In the meantime, and secondly, apparently if you bash a lollipop hammer into any of the locked up jelly jars with the 10 on it it will pop it. That sounds more like a glitch than intentional though. But it will then make the level possible to pass, eventually, like with 50 extra moves....

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
