Why is soda crush over charging for advertised payments?

I was playing and decided to purchase a pop up deal and they overcharged me! I want my money back! It should’ve been the amount plus a few cents or a $1 and it charged me three times the amount! I will post on EVERY candy crush and soda crush communities or reviews wherever I possibly can that this is happening! This is complete THEFT!

Sorry to hear about this. Community forum can't handle purchases issues as they contain sensitive infos of the player but you may ask King Player Support (customer service) to send you a refund.

How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, make sure to select the correct topic and subtopic in the form: "Purchases Issues or Questions" - "I was overcharged for a purchase", explain your problem and send.

Alternatively you have the option to issue a dispute through your payment service platform (e.g credit card account) to ask for your money back
