How do I retrieve my progress, I was at a level over 7000

I am sorry to hear that you lost progress of your game!!
First of all, did you make sure that you have logged into your own game account?
If you did, I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team through this link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact A form will appear and you will have to fill that out!
Once you send the complaint, you will receive an automated email as an acknowledgement, with some troubleshooting steps. You can try them and see if it helps (except reinstalling the game);
If an agent does not contact you within 3 days, please send a reply to that automated email you have received;
NOTE: Please do not send more than one complaint as it will only delay the process.
Please do not get frustrated if you do not receive immediate replies, as it really depends on how busy they are!! Keep sending a reply once in every 3 days and keep reminding them that you are still waiting to be helped (if you did not hear back from anybody)! It shouldn't take that long as per my personal experience.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
