Hi @kiara_wael what is the exact issue that has been reported. I got the Double Candy Royale offering a share of 2000 gold bars by passing 14 levels. Passed the levels but never got the gold and Customer Services are ignoring all of my emails. So what is the actual issue that has been reported back to King from King Community. Thanks.
