My game on iPad won’t connect to my account.

Question

I play on iPhone and iPad. My iPad game now won’t sync with my iPhone. And my iPad won’t log into my account - it has been saying for days ‘there was a connection error, try in a little bit’. Have tried re-starting the iPad and other advice suggested by King with no luck. Any ideas anyone? Thanks

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game🙃

Since you are using Apple devices, by any chance, did you back up the game to iCloud services - either on your iPhone or iPad?

Now I can’t access my account with either my iPhone or iPad. Game over

Try with the following on both devices:

-Make sure the app is up to date

-Log out from your King or Facebook account in the game

-Force close the game app

-Restart the device

-Open the game and log in back to your Facebook or King account
