Hi and Welcome to the King Community
Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Just wondering... how are your sister and friends receiving thousands of Gold Bars? Do they have any contests or events that give the Gold Bars as rewards?
At present, the events that give out Gold Bars are --> Candy Royale and Episode Race - Players receive certain number of gold bars after the races end!! Don't you have these events/features in your game??
With regards to Ads --> Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick and choose the players to receive these Ads. King's Computer system generates lists as part of their tests and only those players receive certain special features!! So, as players, all we can do from our side is to keep our game App updated, and stay active in the game. The Ads will reach us when it is our turn👍️
In the mean time, if you are interested to earn Gold Bars, please take a look at the Contests in our Community. We run them regularly in 2 weeks duration. Click HERE (on the Green lettered link).

Ya looks like that’s the case as I haven’t yet received any ads yet. And I’m stuck in the same level since 4-5 days, and worst part is it’s not even a hard level :(

Now over a week or 2 without ads! 🙄

Clearing history and data of safari didn’t help either! No luck yet! I don’t think the ads are coming back!
