No moves available, yet no shuffling of pieces

So, I feel like I have reached an impasse on this level and in this particular go at it, as there are no possible moves(please correct me if I am wrong, but I just don't see one) and yet there is no shuffling of the pieces to give me a legitimate move. I have never come across this before, not finding a move and not getting a shuffle. I have scoured the board but do not see a thing. Anyone??

I mean, you read the whole thread right? You saw that Kiara_wael replied back in January no?? You're almost 9 months late on your help... You need to work on your timeliness if your intention is to help and don't be offended when you get called out for being a day late and a dollar short chief.
