For the last few hrs, all family accounts playing on Facebook platform only showed 2 on-going events: Booster Wheel and Daily Win, despite reloading a few times, playing a new level. Wonder whether other players facing the same issue pl?

Actually, the (changed) glitch Monica is experiencing is a bit different than the other players. This is the thread with the complaints we have received yesterday
If you notice playersβ screenshots, it shows as if they did not play their levels in one or more devices. But, for Monica, her map shows Gold pins even on the levels she lost progress.
Edited: Sorry! That should be - level pins changed to βgoldβ!

I have seen this glitch on the day of level 15000 release! Couple of players experienced it. I have updated to QueenB about this changed glitch in your game. I will get back to you as soon as I know somethingπ

Hello Monica if you search this forum using 'no event' as the search term you will find that the issue has been quite common
The issue has also occurred in my game, but as you have found out the issue generally resolves itself.
Your loss of level progress clearly indicates that King must have had an issue with their servers.
In fact it looks like King are having ongoing issues.
I wonder if you were to play on from here, would you get all those goodies again when you get to level 15,000?..... I can't believe all these glitches in the game. I had a lovely glitch yesterday that gave me back landscape mode for an entire episode on my iPad. It was so lovely it made me realise how much I'd missed it. And then.....it was gone. π©

I took the opportunity to take a break, and today I managed to have the events back after playing a level.
A new issue emerged though, with just one account, losing game progress, dumped back to level 14976 from 15111
With the level 15000 banner on, but to play 14976 as a new level (β.β(βΜββ)β.β)
Completed this episode quite a while ago when the levels were not classified with skulls.
Sorry, Monica!! I have not seen any other complaints regarding this particular issue you have been experiencing!! But, there are other complaints - losing all lives at once, games not syncing, etc., etc., all those players are on Facebook!!
