Same situation as reported by @maf34100, and mine is the 6-day full version, what a graet disappointment.
When I logged back, rewards gone, only left with Booster Wheel event icon.
So I practised what I've advised other players based on previous experience, played 2 levels, other events icons restored, except the Puzzle Run. I double -checked booster rewards not credited.a d

As for the Halloween event, either your game app is not up to date which makes you miss out on the latest, so check for updates and also try disconnecting the game from your Facebook or King account, restart the game app, connect it again and see if you have access to events.
If nothing changes, then I'm afraid your game might be in a test group that doesn't get any events this time.
