Why don't I have the seasons version

Two months ago my game reverted back to the original version. Even though my game is updated my home page is the original photo. Because of this I no longer get any of the special events and features. Has this happened to anyone else? Also could you tell me what is the current version number. King support told me that there isn't anything that they could do about it so I just don't play anymore.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for the feedback. Recently a changed was made in the game to only let players play in Portrait mode (this is how the game would look like when playing on a phone). This change is also effective on Windows. Currently there’s no plans on changing this back, but please leave your feedback on the change in this discussion.

I am referring to the photo. Mine is the original one not the seasons photo. Right now it should be the spooky seasons photo. It means that I am not on the current version. That's why I don't have any of the special events and competitions. I am not referring to the portrait mode. It's been like that for months. Could you please let me know what the current. version is. I think that mine is different. Thank you.

Let me check and give you the steps on how to find the version number you have right now.
I see that you are on Windows 10/11. Which device are you using?
Did you log into the game through Facebook or Kingdom account (email and password)??
