Hi. I try to send life to account ammie.murman@gmail.com (AnneMarie Murman) but I get a message that her profile isn't complete. It has been like that fo several days. Other accounts is ok
I am identified via FB both on the phone app and in the browser on the Mac.
Things have changed a bit. Now I can see the profile of most of my friends. Still there are three or four with the same message as user "ulf" posted.
Unless they have requested lives I don't know of any other way to send lives to players than by going into my profile and then clicking on to "friends". If I click on a player's avatar, there is no button to send or request a life nor is there is button to unfriend the player. It looks like the screenshot posted above by Ulf. Which method is there that you know of when you suggested "you should be able to send now too just like you used to"? This is the only method I ever used and it now does not work for all my friends. Do you know of another method?

Are you logged in with the same account on your iPhone & Mac (means Facebook or Kingdom account)?
Have the same problem but for all friends when playing on my iPhone.
When playing on my Mac friend profiles work OK.

Can you please remove the email address you have added in your opening post?
You will see 3 dots at the top right corner of the box, where your question is posted. Move the cursor over there and click on it -- you will see an option to "Edit", select that and click on it -- Your question is open to make any changes -- remove the email address of your friend and "save".

It is a very new feature in the game and the Candy Studio team is still making improvements! Hence, some of the profiles comes up with the message you see above!
But, if you do send lives normally to this player, you should be able to send now too just like how you used to. The button "send life" under their profile pic will not be available.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters.
