Ripped off, twice

Question

Hello all

it seems the King folks are big on promising rewards, but not so much about paying off when you win

Twice now I’ve won the weekly challenge , yay me. However, as soon as I collect the awards, the game “glitches”, and ALL of the awards are gone, even the win streak awards not surprisingly, I’m a bit annoyed

Whats the deal?   (Yeah, like I’m going to hear back with any kind of resolution)

So, basically, I’m screwed. I lost essentially 2 weeks worth of rewards?  Now that’s what I call useless service
