Cleared level but it does not move to 3790
I had the same problem,
Link your account to Facebook and go play that level on a PC or laptop using Facebook gaming navigator.
I am having the exact same issue here, have tried to compete this level over and over and over again. Also tried emailing tech about the issue but they have not been much help.
Hi! I am having this problem as well! I am attaching screenshots of what is happening! After I win the level, the pink candy just keeps spinning and doesn’t stop. Thank you so much :)

But, to report about your game, I need to know which device you are using and which version of the App you have right now.

I am also stuck on the same level (3789). The game completes but no matter how long I wait it will not move. Nothing functions. I have to hard restart the game (it won't do anything else; it's just frozen). After restarting, the problem happens all over again.
I have also hard restarted my iPhone twice, but that also doesn't fix it.

I am sorry to know that you are stuck on level 3789 and you are not able to move ahead even after winning the level!! Let me see if we have more complaints about this level!!

In the mean time, do you have screenshots to show that you have finished the level and won it? If so, can you please post one of the screenshots?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
