Level 2996 glitch

Question

Still a glitch on lvl 2996. The last dragon got stuck and would not fall no matter how I hit it or anything below it. I wasted a lot of gold and lost out on my streak. I had to quit and retry from scratch (easily beaten the second time). There have been complaints about this for literal years. Can you just fix it already????

I had to abandon my win streak and start over. I did not take a picture. However my last dragon was stuck third row down, last box (where there is a single stone above, with a dragon to its upper right and purple to its lower left.) I am aware the level can be won, but there is still a glitch that prevents it being won when the glitch manifests.

I checked on YouTube and this is the level looks from a recent video created by @Johnny_Crush!  They did not use any boosters to win the level!
