Hello, my candy freezes when passing the level. Already update, restart, free memory, uninstall, basically everything that is suggested and continues to do. What solution do you give me?

    I am sorry to hear that your game is freezing and the troubleshooting steps did not work to resolve the issue!!

    Despite attempting all the suggested steps you've listed, we're at a loss for further suggestions unless you have access to an alternative device to test the game's performance. It seems the current device might be struggling to cope with the demands of the game. It could be enlightening to try the game on a different device to confirm this suspicion.
