Why I don’t have access to sweet cinema in my game ?

Do you have a feature called "Treasure Event"? It is similar to Sweet Cinema, in fact, an improved version of Sweet Cinema!
In Candy Crush, not all players have same events in their game!! Different players have different sets of features and events! Other than Daily Treat Machine & Booster wheel, all other events are in testing, and we do not know who receives which feature!!
Please be patient and hope that you will receive one or the other feature soon. It is up to the Candy Crush team when they will open the features to all players! In the meantime, all you need to do is keep installing latest version when available, keep enough storage space on your device and stay active in the game (play at least one level every day). Other than that, there is nothing you can do a player!

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
